Introduction
The purpose of this report is to analyze water consumption bills and their correlation to the corresponding lot sizes within Northgate Crossing MUD No. 2 (“the District”).
- This report focuses exclusively on residential customers within the District.
- The data used for the analysis covers the period from May 2024 to August 2024.
- Approximately 1,200 properties were included in the analysis.
Methodology
- Water usage data was obtained from customer records by the District’s operator, H2O Innovations.
- Lot size data was sourced from the Harris County Appraisal District.
- The District’s current billing structure for residential customers includes a base fee of $12.50 for up to 5,000 gallons, with an additional charge of $1.50 per thousand gallons for usage between 5,000 and 10,000 gallons.
